Very wise. I also use electric fencing and light explosives. Although the sound of the pedal steel keeps most people at a distance anyway, one of the reasons I took it up actually.

I've found that a banjo works best for that sort of thing, especially when I'm playing it. Though for really serious protection I have thought of investing some bagpipes :?

All joking aside, the threat from irate Gary Carter fans is real for me. Remember, I live only a stone's throw from Uncle Roy and his posse. And anyway, my banjo is down at my Valencian house where it has proved to be a very effective cockroach deterrent (both musically and physically).

Gary I really think that you have over reacted, the forum is open to people’s option and because it doesn’t agree with yours it doesn’t mean anyone has been abusive at all. So Bristol is quite safe for you to venture here mate. I don’t know any other members would say that I have ever been abusive here so please don’t indicate such a thing.

I have never indicated in the past, now or the distant future that you have been remotely abusive Roy. I've just been having a laff and enjoying myself that's all. If I feel like being abused I'll just phone up one of my brothers, they're always willing to oblige. Rest easy my friend.
