Aah!!! Found the culprit. What a wreck. Not a patch on my MSA Universal but it was OK to do some trials on and I shall still fiddle with it. Got a new pickup coming as I had to really wind the volume up on the amp to get some sound. Helped me get to grips with what Sneaky Pete was doing with his tuning but now I have transferred that to the MSA. The recording was done on that Pierce so it can still produce.
