I don't think there is another breed like steel players, to me they are the most generous people both in terms of time and sharing of information, I think this stems from the true knowledge of the size of the mountain we all have to climb in the pursuit of learning to play this wonderfull beast.
I would say we are totally unique, and I admire every one of them

Well played every single one of you. The Scottish scene is certainly thriving and could well be setting the standard for us players in the rest of the UK. Mr Adams certainly has a great rig now he seems to have acquired a Webb amp to go with that MSA of his. I wish we had such a 'club' of steel players closer to where I live.

I won't mention the 'T' word anymore. For me, one of the best rigs I've ever owned is my Emmons push pull through my Webb. Just a sweet tone. Never owned an MSA Milly, but I have heard Tommy White play a Milly through his Webb and it sounded superb. Mind you he is some player.
