I'm desperate to get a new copy of the above tab, lost during a house move.
If anyone has a copy, I'd be happy to repay postage costs or make a donation to the Sreelies website, whichever you would prefer.
I've tried the US Forum, without any luck.
Someone must have a copy, surely?

As far as I know, there is only a C6 version, but I don't know so very much ...
If you want I can send you the C6 version in *.pdf.
