Here is a well respected gent, who toured many times with Slim Whitman.
Talked to him a week ago, still playing but only a lap steel, age get's us all sooner or later.

Is Jerry still around?

Jerry is still at it, talked to him last week, not been too well, sold his Pedal steel to a guy on the Isle Of Wight, now plays a lap steel, said it was lighter, it's an age thing.

I always think of Jerry as the 'king of harmonics/chimes' he did some great stuff when he toured with Slim Whitman, nice to know he is still with us and playing.
