Steel at the Olympics !!

Well, not really.
Let's assume that Pedal steel playing was an event.
It would be likley to consist of a Mandatory set and a freestyle set.
What would be Your suggestions for a Mandatory set of three songs and If YOU were a contestant,what would You play in the freestyle.
Obviously this is just for fun,I do not,in any way represent the Olympic selection board.
Mandatory......1 E9 Danny Boy
2.E9 Black Mountain Rag
3.E9. Sweet Memories.
I think the above would demonstrate the adaptability of the player.I think I am really clever to have thought this up.

For the Freestyle I would play 1 Wee Chookie Burdie,
2, I belong to Glasgow
3. Flower of Scotland.
I would of course be instantly disqualified since I cannot play any of the Mandatory songs.

So sad to see an old boy like Billy slowly losing it, once he was almost understandable,ok! a bit fuzzy at times but,well! harmless enough, Now? have a feeling he is slipping fast,Im going to get a local Welsh nurse to go visit him, Matron Menier Anharad Jones, she will soon sort him out, she is very good at working with sheep and the confused.
