Anyone know who the steel player was on this?
Marie Saunders is/was a really good singer from Basildon if I remember. It's a been around for a few years but still, a really nice solo.

She has a beautiful voice, a big arrangement and a really laid back steel solo, and a really nice song. Sorry I don't know who the player is. Donny.

I'd never have thought it was Gordon - just not his style, but thanks for the suggestion John.
Seems to be a very elaborate orchestration for a relatively unknown singer.
Could it be Derek Thurlby or Pete Heywood ?
