Postby Uncle Roy » Mon Jan 20, 2020 12:19 am

17th January American steel player Bill Ferguson informs the American forum that steel player Joe Wright is in hospital with Afib and heat failure.
His update on the 18th was Joe's heart catheter was normal. No blockages. However he is still in Afib and heart failure .
He's extremely short of breath.
He will keep the forum updated when possible.

Not good news Roy.... Trust he improves rapidly and gets back to his normal self soon! He is quite a character and the steel community needs him back to full fitness! All from over here who have met Joe will be wishing him a speedy recovery!

That's a shocker.
I'm hoping he'll pull through this and they can get him sorted out. Such an inspiring man.

Get well soon, Joe.

Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery or at least the best that it can get. I have never met Joe and wish I had as he is such an inspiration. The wild man of steel and such a character.

We are losing too many now, and if there were any announcements about Ron Kew I certainly missed them. Had to find out from the newsletter.
