Does anybody know who this is playing with Ms Vincent ?

Hi Derek. The YouTube credit list him as Tyler Hall although on the Rhonda Vincent CD "Only Me" the Steel is played by Mike Johnson on this song. The Band also includes Hunter Berry and Mickey Harris who are part of Rhonda's Stage Band "The Rage."

Tyler Hall, a top guy and a top player.
The future of steel is safe with people like him.
Proud to have shared conversations with him and although I've never personally met him...proud to call him an internet friend at least.
Hopefully he'll be in Ireland again next year (this time I won't bottle going, leaving Mathew Jut on his tod).

Derek, that is Tyler Hall, I met and spoke with him in Dublin in October, what a player and like yourself a real nice guy.
