Need some info on changing a speaker

Hi All
I have two speaker cabs(12") and I am contemplating fitting a new speaker in one of the cabs.Both cabs have fabric grille cloth on the front and I see no fixing screws either internal or external.There appear to be no visible screws fixing the front speaker carrier board.Obviously the front grille has to be removed in order to then remove/replace the speaker. How do I remove the cloth without damage?
I do not "need " to change the speaker Just curious to see if a different speaker will make a noticeable difference to My tone.

Billy without eyes on it that is a difficult question, are you sure the speaker is front loaded?, if that is a yes it could well be a frame covered in cloth with Velcro holding it in....can you feel front loaded clips through the cloth? Some pics may be helpful

The speaker is definitely front loaded, I cannot see (or feel) any fixing clips at all.
I have always had problems trying to upload photos but I will give it another go.
