Just listened to a Radio 4 programme featuring Suzanne Sundfor, a Norwegian singer/songwriter. I'd not heard of her before. Some lovely pedal steel throughout! Does anyone know who it might be? Sounded very much like an Emmons, but I could be wrong. :geek:

A top Steeler in Norway is Geir Sundstol. Could be him. He plays with a lot of folks including jazzers.

It’s definitely Greg on the record.

Johan Lindström and on the odd occasion myself for live.

She is a fantastic performer. Greg’s playing on the album Songs For People In Trouble is fantastic!

Geir is a terrific player. He’s just released a new album of instrumental / experimental pieces. Definitely worth a listen.

Also check out Tonbruket which is Johan Lindström‘s outfit. He plays a GFI Expo D10.

Geir uses a lefty William’s D10 with an extra lolar pickup on the bass strings which he runs through an octave pedal.

Just checked out a sample of Geir's album. Sounds very interesting :guitar:
