Has anyone ever used one of these?

I have been trying to find a cheaper alternative to a N112 without success, then I saw this on ebay and thought well, give it a try. Turns out to be one of the best things I ever bought. I built a 150watt Mos-fet power amp and put it in a cab with a Blue Marvel speaker a little while ago and was going to use my little Peavey Decade pre-amp with it.Then I saw this and as it has frequency shift it had to be worth a try. I would put this amp and pedal against a N112 any day. It is a really powerful pre-amp and has balanced and unbalance outputs for recording + an output to go directly to your amp and also has a headphone socket for practicing. If you use an amp that doesn't have a mid sweep, this maybe just what you need and all for 49quid, (post free.
Cheers Dave.

You can't knock its functionality for the price.
