Dave, just back from Playa De Muro Majorca, bumbed into this guy, who explained his part in Sheffield Steels and the Explanation of DB on the models

Ah, yes, that looks like my good friend Denby. He did quite a lot of the machining for the Sheffield. D B, I'm not saying what it stands for, I'll let you make up your own minds.

Dave, he was rattling out tunes on the hotel’s bar piano, interesting guy, really enjoyed talking to him, asked me to pass on his best regards to you.Will not divulge the “ DB” info
