What have been your lockdown steel projects?

Since my last gig in March last year...

Played on at least 6 online collaborations
Built two Tweed Speaker Cabinets (1 x 15 Telonics and 1 x 12 Eminence )
Customizing my rack (Putting inputs and outputs on the outside so I can tidy up my stage presence.
Replaced my Korg Tuner with Precision Strobe Tuner and tuned the offsets
In the process of replacing my nylon hex tuning nuts with new ones (another research job)

I've been recording projects that feature my two sons, months and months of fun, and still nowhere near finished. I've got a hunch it's going to end like O' Henry's 'The Last Leaf'.

I can't live without my steel. One set up in the shed and another lappy in the house by the computer. While I am preparing recordings for my radio swing show I hear a lot of steel especially Buddy Emmons (surprising how many of these independent artists are using people like Buddy- or at least did do) so lots of learning material trying to sus out how his mind works. And of course trying to do all this on a lap steel instead of a pedal steel cos that's where my heart is.
