  It was a bit of customer care Malcolm. I had done some pretty big shows across Europe, and the Session 500 had an intermittent fault that would cause the amp to break down once or twice every gig. Sod's Law, it used to go on one of my breaks!

After going back to Peavey UK some 3 or 4 times, I gave Peavey USA some grief on the phone and the next thing I knew there was a NV 400 on my doorstep which turned out to be ultra reliable. The 500 has gathered dust ever since, and I took the BW speaker out of it after the BW in my NV 400 suffered with a shattered aluminium dust cover.
