I believe Billy Murdoch has one, and last i heard he was singing its praises, Reverb is the only effect i use with Steel, and is very important to me, i am using the rp 155 which has lexicon reverb in it, and its exceptionally good, but my preffered format would be a single pedal, i do own a electro harmonix holy grail, which i prefer over boss units [too sterile in my opinion] but the rp 155 is somehow sweeter to my ears, but back to the Wet Reverb, i have heard great reports on them, they are analog, very simple 2 knobs, and i would also be very interested in adding one to my set up, not cheap, but i would gladly pay to get the sort of quality that im hearing about with this unit, by far the nicest reverb i ever used was the one unit rack Marshall JFX 1, but these units havent been made for some 10 years now, and mine died some time ago, so despite costing over 400 quid, longevity obviously wasnt built in, but it was gorgeous in its day, id love to hear of any other Wet Reverb users,

I too agree regarding the RP's, I've spent God knows how much money on different reverbs and delays and always come back to the RP's. I have a RP150 set up to my computer and a 155 brand new in the box sitting doing nothing. A shame really but it's always there just in case. As for Boss, in my opinion, way over priced and way over rated. I have tried some of the Behringer stuff and apart from the plastic case I reckon they are as good as the Boss. Lets face it, your on stage, who the hell knows whether you are using some fancy thing that costs 500 quid or a Jap crap for 40 quid. If your soul aim is to impress other steel players then you will never stop spending money, and more than likely end up using an old twin reverb with some old analogue pedal from the 60's to get the best sound.
Remember the great sounds that some of the great steel players got at the Wembley Country music festivals, John Hughey, Hank Corwin, Jim Murphey etc,. I remember listening to a break played by Buddy Charlton on a beautiful turquoise Emmons that literally brought me to tears. He actually offered to sell me that guitar but I didn't have any where near that sort of money. Believe it or not he asked for £500, OK it was back in the 80's but what would that be worth now. Any way back to the subject, I still don't think you can beat the RP's for quality and value.
Happy giggin' if your lucky enough.
Dave.

Digitech RV-7 Hardwire is a single pedal Eddie...it sounds great. I got one after hearing Bruce Bouton sing it's praises.
