Gissa Gig.

Looking for work, I know This getting old can be a pain but one still has to work or sit at home doing nothing.
At the moment i'm working on a new CD, but it's not the same as gigging with muso's.
Need to be out more but not too far, so I'm looking for a solo or duo, or even a band, but I don't think that will happen, the band bit I mean.
Oxford, Berks, Hampshire, is about the area I would like to cover, still working with Bill as the silver surfers working mostly old folks homes, and that's good as its the only work where you get a change of audience every year.
Just need a few gigs where the artists get a little more feedback than usual.
Problem, most of the solo or duos are of the younger variety, and the idea of doing a gig with a silver surfer doesn't appeal to them, but senile dementia hasn't set in yet so I'm still good for a few more years as long as you speak loud, 50 years of drummers has made my hearing a little fragile, and in a noisy environment,C/D/B/G/E/ ;) all sound the same to me so the guy next to me needs to know the phonetic alphabet. :guitar:
