If any of you decide to buy a steel from me (BenRom) I would be only too happy to deal with you. There are no added hassles for the shipper except, like you said, taking the 60 seconds to fill out the customs form. Being from Norway originally, I shipped one there in May.
As for the easiest way to ship: I would send the steel with Air Canada Cargo from London, Ontario to London UK (Heathrow) and you pick it up there, take it thru customs at that point.
