Does anyone know anything about a steelie here in the UK by the name of El Imber. So say has been on the country scene for many years and has just completed an album with Terry Dean.

Hallo Oh, Ancient One !
I believe he hails from the west of England, in all my travels and gigs down that end of the world I'm sure I never came across the guy, I think I would have remebered a name like that ! Anybody else throw any light on this steelie ?
Right, off to the airport now to pick up Squire Bob Adams and the lovely Olly for their well deserved break. I can see
this is going to be week long piss-up by all acounts ! Oh well !
All the best

Roy, El has been around for many years ,a good steel player, he (like myself) worked with Frank Yonco's Everglades way back in the stone age period. I know Terry Dean has a website and I believe he still gigs around the south west (he was also an Everglade a million years ago.
Im sure a search on Terrys site or an e mail to him would bring more up to date news.
Thats my penny worth.
Dave.

El is a good mate of mine, still playing but living up North - Manchester way, he and Terry Dean have a Facebook page with all the details on there under the name of Imber Dean
Hope this helps
