1970's Sho Bud LDG Lloyd Green Model Pedal Steel Guitar
Posted: Tue Nov 07, 2017 8:26 pmSho Bud LDG in great condition with a few age related marks, a couple of light scuffs in the pad but certainly no tears or anything like that and the colour is still very much dark green (some tend to fade a little more than others i've noticed).
The steel has 3 floor pedals and 4 knee levers. currently in a 'day' setup. Unsure of exact year of manufacture but it is 1970s.
The guitar all works as it should and it has been recently set up and serviced by (the genius) Dave Seddon in Leicester.
There is a bit of history with this one as well. It used to belong to steel virtuoso Sarah Jory once upon a time. I purchased it about 8 years ago from the guitarist in her band who had bought it from her as an 'investment'. He didn't play it mind and to be honest i've not done a great deal on it, so it's had relatively little use for such an old instrument. I found an old Sarah Jory LP on the net with the guitar on the front (a bit anoraky i know!) so that will be included in the sale as well.
Price is £1600
It is with a heavy heart that I am parting with this one but i've bought a new Mullen and this one is too nice to just let sit in the case.
