John,
I have a Goodrich Model 120 but suffer from noisy pots all the time (going into virtual amp on Mac - very sensitive). Would the Morely be a better bet??

I'm in Chesham Bucks, could I pop over and give it a try with my Mac setup. I assume you have a PSG I could borrow?

Regards
Bryan

No it would not Bryan you would be better off putting a new pot in your Goodrich.

Make sure you use the Dunlop hot potz one, the rest currently on market are crap, tending to last only a vey short time before getting scratchy. The Dunlop is slightly harder to fit but worth effort.

OK, thanks .
I haven't had the pedal that long (30 months) and have had to have a pot changed already. I don't use it a lot, maybe an hour a day on average.

I will look for a Dunlop as suggested.

Thanks for the honesty and advice.

You could also look at getting a Hilton pedal, these are potless but cost more, but if you take into account the cost of pots (£25 appx) you could save money in the long run.

I can only find Hot Potz II, would one of those do the job? They are 100K ohms.

Don't fit a 100k pot! It will rob you of all your tone. Hot Potz are 470k and I swear by them in a Goodrich pedal

This is the cheapest you'll get (and the best.) I've had mine in for about, if not more tan 5 years, still not a scratch.
