There was a thread on the USA forum about these. They date from 1976 and 1977 and ShoBud built 4400 of them for Fender using some Fender parts on the top (hence the ashtrays and the string-through changer finger). There were D-10s and S-10s and came in black or mahogany.
There have also been some vinyI finish "Mavericks" made with the Fender logo, but the Artist range was by far the best.I have the relevant Fender catalogue and it is quite a good coffee table book, it's full of drawings of fairy-tale characters playing Fenders and the pages (it's around A4, portrait format) are split horizontally (like two picture books, one above the other, sharing the same spine) so you can choose, say, Telecaster guitar page at the top and Twin Reverb page below.
