Is this still for sale? If so, which lever is the E lower on, and what changes are on P4 and the vertical knee lever?

the E lever or Es to Eb lever is the Sho~Bud style : RKL ( right knee left )
the Vertical lever lowers the Bs to Bb on 5 & 10
Pedal 4 is the " Franklin " which lowers the Bs to A on 5 & 10 & Lowers the G# to F# on 6
