Pedal Rod exteners

I have just bought a beautiful D10 Carter [ 52LBS in the case ] but was not told it had been built by Carter for a previous owner and I find it a little bit low because it makes one knee levers a little hard to use because the Es down are on my RKL so pushing at the top makes the lever stiff because of the volume pedal bringing my knee up higher. I know I could put the Es lower on my LKL but I would rather have it the way I am used to playing. so I may need 8 1"pedal rod extenders PLEASE .
