It would appear that this beautiful LDG has been refinished. The Sho~Bud company used food colouring to stain their bodies, as did a number of manufacturers from that era including ZB. Many green LDGs turned brown after being subjected to UV rays, but this guitar will remain green throughout its life. 8-)

Yes Ken, you are right. This guitar has had a complete makeover, including all metal parts repolished. Th re-lacquer job on the
cabinet is superb. A brighter green than the original, but beautiful. The LDG was introduced in 1973, and still looks like a
modern guitar. Someone is going to be the proud owner of fine pedal steel guitar.
