Have joined this forum to see if anyone is interested in a pedal steel guitar that I have. My father (sadly deceased in 2016), ex naval engineer built a pedal steel guitar and speaker which was published in an Amateur Electronics magazine in the 70's. Its a fairly solid wood construction. I did play it occasionally, but really don't have a use for it and would like it to go to a good appreciative home. I have no idea if it still works, and I suspect the wiring would need changing ( along with a few other things!! ). He even machined the slider bar ( probably in some engineering workshop courtesy of HM Navy ). Is there anyone out there who could give this a good home, I don't want anything for it, would just like to know its not just going to be dismantled or thrown out.
