By default you should get an email notification if a topic you start or reply to gets a new reply. If this isn't the case, check your user options here, also check that your email address on your account is correct, and that messages aren't going into spam.

Once an item is sold, if the seller replies to the topic informing us of that the topic will be moved to the archive next time a moderator sees it. I've done that for you, now.
