Hi John,
At the moment I have a very old Peavey Backstage 50,which sounds a bit harsh at highish volume.
Would you recommend your Roland over this, or should I wait and eventually get a Nashville ? One concern is weight as I’m a bit older than I was and light would be good. Have you any idea of shipping cost as I’m right at the bottom of the country.

I love these cubes and would use nothing else but I have three that I use and I really do not need this spare one. It would cost no more than 10 quid to send it to you.

If it's sold or you want the listing pulled, just say so and someone will move it to the archive...

I will buy it please John. If you get a decent volume pedal at some time, I would be interested. Will PM my details, although I think you may already have them, thanks.

Hi John, I've just done a Google look around for an 8 string lap steel and found your ad for the Framus. I'm just starting out but played an 8 in C6 and it suited me. How do I find out more? (I would have PM'd you but since I've just joined the forum, PMs are restricted). Cheers, Andy

Andy, where are you located? The 8 string is in Reading at the moment but will be coming back to St.neots Cambs. Very soon.

I'm just outside Leeds in Yorkshire John - not quite on the doorstep I'm afraid. Happy to cover postage of course but as my knowledge of steels is extremely limited, I have no idea what a Framus 8 string looks like. I'm familiar with their guitars (my Dad used to play a Black Rose). Do you have any pics.. or even a model so I can look it up?
