John Davis, many thanks for your kind words. Like yourself, I have a great love of the instrument and enjoy
the marketing side of things. Sometime things can go terribly wrong, for instance ..... Some time ago I sold a
almost new "Infinity" SD10 to our great friend Ken Byng, As you will probably know, these guitars were in great demand
during that time. I packed the guitar and shipped it with CityLink Couriers. Normally a 2 day journey from Northern
Ireland to Southampton. 3 days past and Ken still did not receive the guitar, so I called CityLink. No call for alarm they said
it will probably arrive with your customer tomorrow. Well, you know the old story "Tomorrow never comes" After 1 week
CityLink put a call out to every depot in the country to be on the lookout for this package. I was in the process of refunding Ken
when I got a call from Citylink to say the guitar had been found. The driver had left his vehicle into the CityLink workshop for
service leaving about 4 deliveries on board. The same driver got a brand new van, so his old one was parked up at his depot
with the guitar inside. After 3 weeks the guitar was finally delivered to Ken. A month later CityLink went bust, boy was I lucky.
