I have a Ronny Bennet steel for sale. As I recall, (I bought it years ago), the model was called the Black Prince. It's a single neck 10 string in standard E9 tuning. It has three foot pedals, and 3 knee levers. At one time I used it to play lead guitar and steel in the Gerry Ford band, so its that old - 20 years maybe? It hasn't been out of the box in 15 years but seems to be in good condition. I amazed myself by remembering how to assemble it! I was never a great steelie, but it always seemed to me a very decent instrument. There's one problem I should mention; the Bennett-made foot pedal needs a repair, a new volume pot I think. The pedal crackles and is unusable until fixed. Otherwise all seems well. The guitar is black and comes, naturally, in a sturdy flight case. I really dont want to see it junked. It deserves a good new home. So, I'm not looking for silly money. Any reasonable offer will be accepted as long as you either uplift or pay postage. Also included is a steel, a plastic thumpick and two metal fingerpicks. All you need is there. (You'll also need, if youre a beginner, two extra limbs and the ability to solve quadratic equations whilst whistling Dixie and making a chocolate souffle. Its easy!) i can be contacted at
