Definately a sign of the times, it is very hard to sell a steel guitar now, due in some part to the downturn in the economy, but also a shrinking market, not many young 'uns taking up steel, as far as i can see, I'm very impressed with the build quality of these Carter Steels, hope this one finds a good home,

indeed times are tough mind you, some have it harder than others what is obvious is that, when selling, the result is most often unpredictable when you want something to sell, it does'nt happen then & there (unless you've really got a bargain) it's when you least expect it that it happens so yes, the price drop should be encouraging the reason this carter is up 4 sale is that the owner bought a williams he needs to move it & is willing to take a loss
