The British Steelies Society

Whilst our August meeting was a lot of fun with some seriously tasty playing it was a tad random as we were playing along to vocal tracks as the base line to the meeting for players to get a handle on fills etc, hence it was difficult to get some outstanding clips for uploading!

However: our guest V.I.P. eventually got himself up to join us and here is a clip from him, I have a lot of time for this man and his playing, he has such a warmth for his fellow players! ................... JD on the push pull!

Thanks for posting the video Bob, like you I have plenty of time for our JD. Not just a top player but a top guy. Great toon (as JD would say) and super playing.

Some great playing there from John and Davie, sorry I've been missing some great nights at Gartcosh. Will be trying to make the next one, hopefully I'll be feeling up for it.
