Guys, going to have to give it a miss on Tuesday, I've injured my left thumb in the garden, can hardly move it so can't grip a bar. Don't think it's broken but it's badly swollen and very painful. Should be OK or next month so see you all then.

Small, but perfectly formed bunch of attendees tonight, and Tony graced us with his first outing on the MCI, gaun yersel sir! Donny served up a couple of nice moves for us newbies to get our teeth into. Thanks chaps for yet another enjoyable soirée.
