Great Job on the vids as always Bob, thanks for that.... though I thought you had a bit of an unfair advantage being able to overdub ......could you not have overdubbed my bit as well ??? pretty please.... So glad you are enjoying the videos Graham, great to see you as ever, a couple just on and more to come, it was a great day was it not! As DH would say!! Sorry JD but my ‘head was a shed’ by the time my spot came along, folks contacted me via the site, came along wanting to buy steels or get repairs done so some networking was being done in the background quite apart from the camera work! I think you and I are the only ‘Tubers’ that give it straight from the camera as a rule! Everybody else goes in ‘sound from the desk’ I applied it this time as I want the wider world to be proud of us, that's all! As they should be, me excluded, there is such talent not least your good self and I would cheerfully overdub your playing anytime and well you know it! I so wish the other ‘players’ would join us, life is not a rehearsal and we need to keep this psg live! We need to see or even have them grace us with their presence! Pete Hayward, Sarah Jory, Kenny Byng, Dave Nutt, Barry Gaskell, Gerrry Hogan, Dave Hayward, Uncle Roy to name but a few! and while I’m on a role we must get Eric to the next one even if we have to dope him to get him there! He ripped us all off and its pay back time!! We may have to get our buddy Frank over here to cuff and drag him, he still has a few torturous artefacts around him I believe! Wouldn't that be something! Frank and Lin would just love it!

Bob whatever you do don`t take me too seriously You are the main man at these events, without you the outside world would not know what we all get up to left to our own devices, I know Phil was there shooting video as well ...... but Phil`s videos take a little longer to produce........while yours travel at the speed of light..... c`mon guys, lets hear it for our "Ace" camera man!!! I asked my mate Les who helped out on the door (for a while before Ron and Margret got in) What we should be doing? and he said "at our time of life....anything we £+(*ing well want to" I reckon he may well have a point.........
I think DH and JS dispelled a few myths in their set.... they can do it live or in studio and under pressure from enourmous competition from the likes of DT and DK....... Fantastic you guys!!!! I was proud to be there!!!

John, Well done mate, the steel fraternity in the UK should be chuffed that they have JD, its great that the 'new lads' Thurlby & Kirk where able to get there, their contribution should be valued, together with all the other talent on display.
Most of all, what an experience for the newer guys to be able to witness first hand what can be done with a bit of passion and a lot of practice.
