The tunes for this meeting will be Happy Birthday To You and You Wear It Well, as this just happens to be my 74th birthday. Any other suggestions will be gratefully received. All birthday cakes will be eaten on the night, but, we need to keep a bit for Barbara. Any tunes will be considered. Thank You. LDN.

Tonight we held our monthly meeting of the SSGW, again low in numbers due no doubt to holidays. There were 10 in attendance, and after singing Happy birthday to Donny we got down to business.
Once again lads thanks for your efforts and your friendship.
first tune for next month is Silver Wings, any suggestions for our second tune, send it in.
I managed to sell the very last item of Reg's equipment to Tony Totten tonight.
Reggy boy, I have now fulfilled my obligation to you dear friend, sleep well my old Pal.
See you all in August

Honestly, if my nuts weren't in a sack, I would walk away without them, I forgot to mention in my previous report that we had the pleasure of the company of Bob Adams tonight and it was great to see him looking so well, and my guitar made him sound so good, but then again it is a Mullen

Hi Guys! enjoyed being back with you all last night it was indeed good to be seen vertical Willie
and thank you for the use of your guitar, I thought it could maybe have played Chattanooga Choo Choo on its own for me but alas 'nae luck'. Thank you also guys for the donation to the forum, appreciated. Happy birthday of course to LDN, enjoyed my little play on your new axe also and your little surprise tune was sweet, good to hear Dougie on PSG, haven't had that pleasure in a while as he tends to be on Dobro and of course Davie H gearing up for Dublin. Davie W and Brandon gave us good playing too. Nice evening all round and hope our visitors also enjoyed it! I certainly enjoyed being back w' kin!

Great to see you back Bob. And also nice to see our visitors Gordon and Jean who thoroughly enjoyed listening to our efforts.
