Our next meeting will be held on Sunday 7th February at our usual venue, The Buck Inn, Thornton Watlass, North Yorkshire.
We haven’t produced a Round Robin track for the meeting, but there will be a 12 Bar Blues track in the Key of (E) to play along to.
Anyone wishing to play to their own tunes/track(s) during the meeting is very welcome to do so.
See you there at midday.
Keith.

Pat & I will be there..Looking forward to it..
This is the pair of us practising when we were 20 years old (1963). I'd just got my Fender 1000 and set up the top neck with no pedals in E13th.

Yesterday’s meeting went ahead as planned. Due to “Storm Dennis” we were missing a couple of regulars, as their routes were a bit compromised. Because of a couple of road closures, Derek and myself also found a novel new way to get to Thornton Watlass! Worth the effort for sure.
We had some fun with a no holds barred 12 bar blues and there were some very tasty riffs. Excuse the pun.
Following this Rosemary and Rod, Tony Russel Davis, Derek Evans and myself played some individual tunes.
Then another Round Robin with all playing “My Blue Heaven”.
After a lunch break, we all played some more individual tunes and chewed the fat a bit.
It was a very enjoyable meeting once again.
Thanks to all who attended.
Also a big thanks to Vikki and John at The Buck Inn for providing the room, free of charge as usual
