Please no more camping out in the car park :) doors will open at 10 `o`clock sharp and not before as I need some peace & quiet to set PA up etc. .....

I've yet to find myself my first psg, but I'll be coming along! Looking forward to meeting all of you there.

We have "WILL`S CHIPPY VAN " again this time.... He will arrive at 4-30 pm and be ready to serve by 5`0`clock.... he does burgers& saus. as well as Fi & chi....and will stay as long as we need him there...... Also, we have Eithne and Trish in the canteen serving tea coffee cake etc.. they do not charge for this service but you will see a tip jar next to the cake and biscuits.... (please be kind to them :) )

Tom, I will have at least two steels at the meeting you are welcome to have a go on either or both of them.......

Tom, I have a decent Marlen with an all-pull changer and Alumitone pickup, I was going to re-do the body to smarten up the bar dings in the lacquer - if you are looking for an entry level guitar for a sensible price I'll bring it along on Sunday and you can try it out.

That sounds great Will, I'd definitely be interested... At the moment I do have a bid on a Magnum Pro Select on ebay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Carter-Magnum ... 1092361701), though I'm not sure how that will go - I'll find out on Sunday around 6pm most likely! But if you don't mind bringing the Marlen along I'd love to have a look at it; I'm itching to get a psg of my own, so if the Magnum falls through... ;)

Cheers,

Tom

...I've just been looking at public transport to and from Gt Barford, and from what I can gather it's a bit difficult to get to and from on a Sunday... Does anyone who knows the area a bit better have any tips? Or will anyone be heading up from London with a spare place in their vehicle? I promise not to bring/play a banjo!

It's not just Gt. Barford Tom, I cant even get a train from Leicester to St Neots till 12:12 which eventually arrives at 2:20. Then have to find a way to Barford. Might just make last orders.

Shakey, I've just booked my tickets to get into St Neots for 14:13 - shall I meet you at the station and share a taxi to the hall in Gt. Barford? We might also be able to hop a lift on the X5 bus (http://www.stagecoachx5.com/uploads/x5_ ... 11-web.pdf)...

Anyway, let me know if you'd like to meet at the station and I'll PM you my mobile number

Well I think I can do something to help you two out>>>> I have had a word with Charles Hall from Peterborough and if you contact him he would be willing to give you both a lift from St.Neots Station to the hall........ a small donation towards his fuel cost would probably be appreciated...... ;)
