Not Me Mr Blyng, wrong tartan, only an Englishman would get that wrong, anyway not big enough if you know what I mean No point sending Spence or Blyng begging letters, they never look at them, too busy writing there own ones to send out, and they are too busy steaming stamps off the incoming ones too send out on outgoing ones.Blyng is so tight he sent a cardboard cut out off himself too the Dallas Show so he didn’t have to buy a round.

Little wonder that Messrs Nesbitt, Dunn, Greenwood and Fereday are smiling. You intimated that you would buy them a drink at the bar, but they know better. You got a free flight through your old job as an airline cleaner, and you slept in a chair in the foyer at the Red Roof Inn each night. For food, you lived on the peanuts and crisps on the bar at the Sheraton Hotel, so it's little wonder that the guys are laughing at your boast that you would buy them a drink. The only drink that they got from you was a glass of water and 4 straws!

The pleasurable surprise was 'the biz' Davie ............. Mr Thurlby was in the building! Derek has a lovely touch and didn't disappoint! It was great to see him at Gartcosh!
Wish I had managed to take my own steel but my time was restricted as the old chap had a fall and is not so good, just glad I actually got there at all! Enjoyed what time I had!

Malcolm's surprise was a great one, none other than Derek Thurbly. What a picker
Taste, intonation, speed, the full bhoona delivered with a big sound. Killer versions of Somewhere Over The Rainbow and All Of Me and a couple of rockers that were his own compositions. You would've loved it. All attendees appreciated his visit.

Donny arrived after a tough shift and wasn't looking himself at all (I hope you got home alright, Donny and are feeling better)
