Re.My Steelies meeting 9th September... I thought another look at the two main rules would be a good idea... (
plus the topic was slipping too far down the page for the newbies to catch up!)
Number one, We don`t want to hear two Steel Guitars at the same time!! (not unless they are playing a duet:) ) This mostly ocours in the Round robin.... if you give way to the next guy.... don`t change your mind and start playing.... tis off putting and bad form! your turn will come around again

Number two, Video, anyone is allowed to take video and pics. for their own private use and to improve their performance provided they don`t get in the way of our official professional camera man Mr.Bob Adams who comes all the way down from Glasgow at great expense (his) to cover the event for us. However, it is not acceptable to place any clips on you tube etc. without the express permission of the person being filmed so please bear this in mind when you record.

Performers, If you play, then you agree you will be shot!! ................ Videoed that is... .......
If you disagree, take issue with camera men before performing......
