Sounds like you had a great session, boys. I'd have loved to try and bash out accompaniment to Little Feat etc. As you were having a fab time, I was wrestling with dozens of cardboard boxes courtesy of Pickfords. Having packed my steel up a week before we moved, and having only just unpacked it and set it up today, I am distinctly 'rusty' and seem to have lost what fluency I might have had - ho hum. However, North Tyneside very beautiful - coastal walks, countryside etc - even the pubs have local musicians, so I'm hoping to get out and see what the local music scene is like. Best of luck with future meetings - I'll keep updated through the steelies website. Keep it going!
