SESGF 2012 is only 4 weeks away, so don't leave your registration to the last minute.

This year we are also including a dinner - so we need to know how many are definitely coming in order to arrange the meal and the people to help.

I have been unable to email all of those who came last year because I lost all my emails in a system crash.

See you soon in Long Ashton. :guitar:

See you there Digby.
As you know, I reserved a room immediately after last years event.
The meal choice with wine sounds great too.
I think Kevin Brown will be in touch. What a great set he put on last year.
His email for you is

[email protected]

He's only down the road from this event too, as you know...

Well looks like we're all set for a great weekend.

The Hall's booked, playing order is published, the playing kicks off at 11:00 a.m. so please try and be there for around 9:30 - 10:00 to settle you instruments and kit.

The dinner plan is well advanced and we seem to know what we're doing.

See you all at Long Ashton on Saturday except for Jim who's going to meet us to help with the lighting rig on Friday afternoon.

Hi all.

I am so looking forward to this weekend.
Donny. You should be there too!
Digby, I looked at the schedule, should be ok, but i am aiming to arrive around 11-12...
Please keep a table for me in the usual place... I know it's a professionally organised-event, but also a casual event with no pressure on anyone, whatever their playing ability. This is why I love it... You might have to slot me in slightly later for my first Saturday session if I am delayed a bit....

Lamb Shanks, medium, with all the trimmings, and a winery on the side... :D

Looking forward to seeing you all.

Hi David

I've swapped you with Jim Pritchard. So you can have your sandwiches before you have to play.

There'll be the usual stand for your goodies, which will please your fans.

Unfortunately Roy can't make it (along with several others due to gigs or health reasons) and I'm still waiting to hear from Kev Brown. Despite that we have one more player than last year so I expect SESGF 2013 to be a very crowded affair.

See you Saturday!!

I would loved to have made it this year, but have already taken time off work for NESGF, & Ireland, couldn't afford another one. Thanks anyway David, see you in August.
