Don`t forget the speed camera`s just before the hall...........I will once again endeavor to please everybody...knowing in advance that I will fail.........BUT, will give it my best shot and , there will be fruit cake!!! There will also be tables available for you to sell/exchange your steel related items.
I am intending some changes in the house band on this occasion as its time we gave some others a chance to play and we have several local players that have asked to be included.....It will be ,first and foremost a "Steel players" meeting!!!!! nuff said!! :guitar:

John. Keith white is gonna try and make this one. He has Internet problems and rarely goes online these day but I did see him this morning and he said he'll try and make it. I hope rondo can too. Don't keep worrying, I am sure it will be a good one. I am really looking forward to it. I have a whole new set I am preparing for the Irish PSG festival and all being well I will have the Lloyd green tracks prepared for me to try out at your event. I will probably play the shobud for these tracks. You will all see and hear the most immaculate SB Pro-1 5+5 ever I think. It's only had one owner before me and he never played it. That's my plan anyway, don't worry, we will make it a good one. See if you can get the bar open before 7? Just for me. Ha. :D I will try and include coalminers daughter for you as well. (if I can remember the intro). How about giving Finley a call.. I am sure it's time he visited again.. Tell him I can pick him up if he wants. Oh and for anyone wanting a DVD talk through of amazing grace and the old rugged cross using just A and B pedals and E raise and E lower, I will have these available too. Ok that's kinda gonna be my contribution so now, all of you, please let John know who's coming on this thread so he don't get grumpy

Hi John. You may remember me from your last St. Ives meeting. I have just bought my Pedal Guitar and hope to be at the meeting to see how the pro's do it. Hope my Cliff White guitar and a complete novice [this pedal does what!!] does not lower the tone of the meeting. Leigh Harris

Leigh,You will be most welcome, and I can assure you there will be quite a few at the same standard as you :D

Also I am told there will be a beautiful Blonde lady with great big ,....... flashing eyes by the name of Carol who will hopefully kick us off with a couple of songs........ Plus I may cut down slightly on the teaching time and the superstars in order to give the intermediate players a little more time (theres quite a few of them) I am struggling to get the balance right...... 8-)
