Thanks again to all that came, and Titles Mick? I could barely get to half of the chords in Rod's set + thanks for the loan of your 6 string......
I was very appreciative of Sean's efforts to travel all the way up from the deep,deep, south in poor health and give it his best shot as always and its guy's like that who find the instrument such a challenge to start with that are so worth helping.
Sean, If you would like to come up to my place at St.Neots for a couple of hour's one to one help any time you would be very welcome and it would cost you nothing but your time and the travel cost. (We have lots of tea bags....)

Over all I judge the meeting a reasonable success despite those that could not make it as with 14 steels set up in that little hall we would have had problems finding space had everyone made it....
We may do another......watch this space........
