Was good night, thanks Reg for use of your Carter, was a bit daunting not having sat at a steel for the last month or so, but got through it.Was disappointed the campfire did not happen , I had brought sausage and burgers and Davie had the firefighters , but Mr Gamble would not let us use his guitar for firewood, so we had to settle for a singsong, ging gang goolie(dropped a few of them last night).journey home was spectacular , Port Glasgow looks amazing in the moonlight, really must teach our driver(who shall remain nameless to protect the guilty) the difference between his left and his right, do you think you have got that now Willie---oops.

UPDATE on my amp....Frank Brown says the transformer was putting out 135v instead of 110v.....so I`ve bought a new tranny! Will try it oot at the Opry this Saturday..(Plug in case anyone would like to go along!) That's if the PSU arrives before then

Ha!! best kept secrets can be fun some times!
I remember being similarly surprised at an evening Jam in Dublin if you recall I think I sent you the photo of that!
It was a bit of fun on Tuesday right enough and Donny (though not feeling great) was in his element on vocals.
A surprise for me was Alistair's steel break on Swinging Doors, he nailed that jump in for sure!
