TSGA Jamboree - Dallas

The dates for the Dallas steel show have been released. The show runs from 12th to 15th March 2015. Anyone who hasn't visited this show would have a fantastic time, and it has very quickly become THE steel guitar extravaganza in the USA. Overtaking St. Louis in my opinion.

the road to Grapevine Mills shopping mall, where they will find 150 stores.

My missus doesn't like mall shopping Ted - she prefers small towns like Gatlinburg where there are lots of different variety of stores from small gift shops to larger clothes stores. She is more than happy to stay at home dog-sitting while I go to steel guitar world at Dallas. Bless her.

Buck Reid has advised me by email that he is doing another seminar at Dallas on the Thursday this year, so I will be there in the front row with my digital sound recorder at the ready.

Got a phone call from Spence Scott. He can't make Dallas this year as he has more health problems. I'll miss him, Billy Murdoch and Malcolm McM. Won't be the same. The Driver is definitely going, so I guess I will be seeing him in the MSA room as usual with his wallet in his hand. .
