Can't believe we got some good old country just there from Miranda Lambert with featured steel from Spencer Cullum Jnr ...... if you don't catch it tonight check it out on iPlayer!

Watched it tonight. Jury’s out on the show and the steel sound. The programme that followed was great!

2 steel players was all we got. Spencer Cullum and Robbie Flint. Mike Johnson played with Reba but was edited out.
I recorded the CMA show and fast forwarded through the acts I didn't like. I guess I watched about 20 minutes worth as a result. CMA - Crap Music Association. It was great that Spencer was flying the flag for steel guitar and the UK, but he had way too much reverb going on for my personal taste. Alan Jackson just about saved the night and made it bearable. Just.
I have to agree with Derek. The show afterwards was genuinely humorous at times and some of the clips were superb.
