Hi Trisha, I help to run the Scottish Steel Guitar Workshop which is held in the Gartcosh c
Community Hall, Loch End Rd, Gartcosh.
It is held on the fourth Tuesday of the month, which is tomorrow night from 7.00 till 11.00 you would be made most welcome.

Hi Trisha, Gartcosh is worth a trip. Nice bunch of guys, mainly pedal steel but there have been some really good non-pedal players there when I used to attend. Unfortunately due to my health I can't make it these days, I learned a lot from these guys when I first took up pedal steel, invaluable knowledge you can't get from YouTube.

Where in Fife are you? I'm in Glenrothes, it's a bit of a drive to Gartcosh, but worth a visit.
