Virtual Meets - How to create a new Google Account - PC

This is the first How To Guide for those who wish to participate in the Virtual Steelies Meets but don't have a Google Account already. This is for PC users but may be useful for Android systems as the steps will he similar. I'll put together an Android Guide later.
