I was struggling to understand Michael's posts, but "feder" is a German word for "spring", if that helps.

How about using a piece of chain, bent at 90 *

I'm sure it should be possible to put Michael onto the correct parts, once we find out what the hell he's talking about!
Come on Michael, help us to help you! "Pinds" and "fedders" are not English words!

My best guess would be between "Rod" & "Spring" :?:

Maybe it would help if we knew what guitar you have...

Parts don't look too difficult to make with basic hand tools i.e. Hacksaw, files, drill, small bench vise etc. but I would think it easier to try and find something similar at your local hardware shop that would do the job.
I have a bunch of right angle brackets but they are twice the size that you need.
It may be also possible to bend something out of steel wire (18SWG would probably do the job).

They look awfully similar to electrical crimp-fixed ring terminals for panel wiring, Pete.

No, Pete, those are for soldering wires to. You can get eyelets with a crimp sleeve and I thought "should be able to fit those to the end of a pullrod".

The strangest thing is that Michael has not come back at all in the week since his question.
