Peavey Nashville speaker replacement

Postby highrisejesus » Wed Mar 01, 2017 2:06 pm

I need to replace the speaker in my Peavey Nashville. The original speaker was a Blue Marvel 12" four ohms by eminence, but I can't locate one. They have been discontinued. I have found an 8 and 16 ohms but not a four. Does anyone know of anyone who has one to sell or know of an equivalent that I could use?

Nick
Quite a few of the top US steelers have taken the Blue Marvel speaker out of their 112 and have replaced them with this.

More info here. http://www.usspeaker.com/Eps12c-1.htm There are UK dealers that sell Eminence speakers. Blue Aran in Southampton is one.

Tommy White was one of the first to swap his speaker out.

Too late - I have just bought a Blue Marvel from the US that is now on it's way - possibly an idea for later. Thanks for your response.
